Fire and Security Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Systems Engineer to join our team at The Workshop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and commissioning fire and security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, service, and commission fire and security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Interpret system design and liaise with other building service suppliers.
  • Carry out small works concerning system additions and alterations.
  • Respond to system breakdowns and perform fault finding and maintenance tasks.
  • Work on a range of fire systems, including conventional and addressable systems.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in the fire and safety industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
  • Flexible attitude to working hours and ability to work unsupervised.
  • Good knowledge of fire and life safety products, systems, procedures, and relevant British/European Standards.
  • ECS/CSCS Card.
Package:
  • Competitive salary: £28,000-£40,000 DOE.
  • 4-day working week.
