About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Development Project Engineer to join our Vehicle Development team at Forseven. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and delivery of the complete vehicle Development Vehicle Plan (DVP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation and delivery of the complete vehicle DVP
  • Monitor the execution of testing to ensure test efficiency, expeditious issue escalation, first-level diagnosis, and thorough documentation to appropriate standards
  • Hold cross-functional reviews to support issue resolution across the development fleet operations
  • Lead workstreams within multi-disciplined cross-functional attribute/system teams
  • Support a fleet of development assets, including vehicles, BIWs, and rigs
  • Support the Development Lead to manage hardware, software, and instrumentation requirements for all assets, tracking their representativeness and significance for testing

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual with a broad amount of experience in Vehicle Development. You will have a degree in Engineering or a similar field and be able to encourage and promote a team culture. You will also be able to actively seek out and implement process improvements, have data acquisition experience, and be proficient in CAN software analysis and stimulation.
