About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join our Commercial team as a Commercial Analyst. As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering bespoke Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis to support our weekly reporting, supporting the issue of the annual budget and monthly forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering financial and operational analysis to support business decisions
  • Completing cost benefit analysis and supporting the delivery of financial and operational reporting
  • Working with department managers to implement and monitor KPIs
  • Communicating information with internal and external stakeholders
  • Generating reports using a range of IT and database systems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong analytical skills, be comfortable working with confidential and/or sensitive data, and have experience of working in a professional business environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Relevant degree in Business or Finance
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Sumifs, Pivot tables, Lookups, and Conditional Formatting
  • Will to work towards CIMA qualification or already part-qualified
