Lead Inclusion Educator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to lead our inclusion efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading improvement initiatives and a commitment to advancing knowledge in SEND leadership.
About You:
- You will have experience leading areas of improvement, with a passion for inclusion and a commitment to advancing your knowledge in SEND leadership.
- You will be able to identify and implement successful safeguarding and inclusion strategies for all pupils and SEND.
- You will have excellent understanding of curriculum and pedagogical issues, including recent developments within the primary phase.
- You will be able to develop excellent relationships and deliver CPD to support teacher development.
- You will be able to demonstrate resilience and face new challenges with enthusiasm and positivity.

About the Salary:
The salary for this role is £60,266 per year, which falls within the Outer London Leadership pay range (L06 to L10).
About the Contract:
This is a permanent full-time contract with 32.5 hours per week.
