Engineering Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team at PRS Recruitment. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing and managing all planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring health and safety is adhered to, and maintaining the cleanliness of plant rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage all planned and reactive maintenance
  • Manage a team of multi-skilled engineers (Electrical and Mechanical)
  • Ensure health and safety is adhered to and all paperwork is complete to correct standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms
  • Ensure reactive maintenance is undertaken in accordance with the contract
  • Manage minor improvements
  • Attend client meetings
  • Manage contractors
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 Electrical installation or recognized equivalent
  • 17th or 18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) Registration or Recognized equivalent or
  • Approved apprenticeship or appropriate experience within Building Services
  • Health & Safety Training
  • Previous Supervisory/Management experience is required

This is a rare opportunity to work for a leading FM company, delivering building maintenance to a brand new residential complex located in Canary Wharf. The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a high-end residential environment and will understand the demands required to maintain it to a desired level.

The package includes a salary of £53,000, OT, Company Pension, Career Pathways, PLUS MUCH MORE.
