Cancer Research UK Regional Event Logistics Coordinator

The Regional Event Logistics Manager is responsible for the day-to-day logistics of the Roadshow and Hub, including transportation, set-up, and maintenance of the self-contained roadshow unit, indoor Hub stand, and indoor kit.
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the Roadshow and Hub, including health and safety protocols, and communicating basic health messages to visitors in-line with Cancer Research UK's communication boundaries.
As a key member of our Annual Cancer Awareness Roadshow and Hubs campaign, you will visit locations across Scotland from May to December, playing a crucial role in our mission to raise awareness and funds for cancer research.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating logistics for the Roadshow and Hub, including transportation and set-up
- Ensuring health and safety protocols are in place and adhered to
- Communicating basic health messages to visitors in-line with Cancer Research UK's communication boundaries
- Working closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the Roadshow and Hub
