Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Roadmap Creation: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and priorities.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  3. Trend Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
  4. Supplier Management: Oversee the management of partners and suppliers to ensure successful delivery of the product roadmap.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of product professionals to drive product development and delivery.
  6. Culture Development: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.
  7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and delivery.


Implementation of the Product Roadmap:

  1. Project Management: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of the product roadmap to ensure successful delivery.
  2. Process Development: Develop and embed robust project management processes to support the product life cycle.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure the product roadmap aligns with business objectives and priorities.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure the product roadmap is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


Leading the Product Teams:

  1. Team Culture: Create an environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  2. Leadership Development: Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to product team members to develop their skills and advance their careers.
  3. Performance Management: Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team.
  4. Supplier Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure successful delivery of the product roadmap.


Supplier Management:

  1. Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure successful delivery of the product roadmap.
  2. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier partnerships.
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure supplier deliverables meet the required quality standards.


Experience:

  1. Product Leadership: 8+ years of experience in product leadership, including 2-3 years of managing product teams and influencing business strategy.
  2. Technical Expertise: Detailed knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud technology and experience in project management of technology development and implementations.
  3. Business Acumen: Strong business transformation skills, encompassing people, processes, and systems, with ability to identify dependencies, assess risks, and put effective risk mitigation plans in place.
  4. Leadership Skills: Ability to build strong networks and relationships across the organization, with practical knowledge of core end-to-end services covering Commercial, Finance, and HR scope of services.
  5. Public Sector Experience: Public sector experience is desirable, with knowledge of shared services and the challenges they face.
