Commissioning Engineer Opportunity

SSR Contract & Technical is seeking a skilled Commissioning Engineer to join their team in the London and M25 area. As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the commissioning of fire alarm systems, with a focus on networked Kentec and Advance systems. A good understanding of AOV systems is also required, although training can be provided if needed. The successful candidate will have excellent experience in commissioning fire detection systems to BS 5839 regulations and be a good communicator, able to work in a team or alone unsupervised. A full driving licence is also a requirement. This exciting opportunity comes with a basic salary of up to £50,000, depending on skill set and ability, plus vehicle, overtime, call out (1 in 8), bonus structure and package. AAE circa £65,000.

Key Responsibilities:
• Commissioning of fire alarm systems
• Installation and testing of networked Kentec and Advance systems
• AOV system knowledge and training
• Compliance with BS 5839 regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Full driving licence
