Exciting Opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our growing and supportive team at Reed. As a key member of our litigation department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve commercial and civil disputes with expertise and attention to detail
  • Prepare and present witness statements and trial bundles
  • Advocate in County and High Courts
  • Collaborate with Counsel and manage costs and budgets
  • Stay up-to-date with CPR rules and procedural-related matters
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in litigation and dispute resolution
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Confident and professional manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
