Primary School Learning Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Education Support Professional to join our team at a primary school in Barking & Dagenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate interested in teaching to gain valuable experience and develop their skills.
About the Role:This is a full-time, term-time only position that requires supporting teachers and students on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with children of varying abilities.
Responsibilities:- Provide academic support to students on a whole class, small group, and 1:1 basis
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
- Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
The salary for this role is £90-£100 per day, paid weekly via PAYE. In addition to your daily rate, you will also receive specialized on-the-job training and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
