We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our busy conveyancing department in Luton, Bedfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong client care focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a client portfolio through effective marketing, social media, and networking opportunities.
  • Deal with client work, including property sales, purchases, leases, shared ownership, and probate sales, providing advice in writing, over the phone, or during meetings.
  • Ensure appropriate searches are completed and Land Registry entries are maintained.
  • Adhere to compliance policies and procedures.
  • Work within CQS requirements.
  • Manage client expectations and risk.
  • Deal with new enquiries and case and file management.
  • Support the development of other team members and participate in CPD.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, including webinars and podcasts.

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 1 year's PQE experience in conveyancing.
  • A personal pride in the quality of their work.
  • Strong communication skills and IT literacy.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Efficiency, reliability, and flexibility.
  • Excellent file management skills and good time management.
