Mathematics Educator

We are seeking an exceptional Mathematics Educator to join our Maths department at The Oldham College. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experience for our students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences, facilitating student growth, and implementing innovative approaches to improve Maths education across the college.

• Design and deliver engaging Maths lessons, promoting student engagement and academic achievement
• Foster a culture of professional development, encouraging colleagues to strive for excellence
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Maths curriculum area plans
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with college policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will require a degree and a recognised teaching qualification. Experience working in the Further Education sector is desirable. You must also embody the college's values: Integrity, Ambition, and Inclusion.

A competitive annual salary of £40,000 - £60,000, dependent on experience, is available for the right candidate.
