About the Role:

  • Provide overnight support to our young people, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, promoting their independence and self-esteem.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and therapeutic environment, responding to individual needs and circumstances.
  • Support our young people with their daily routines, including personal care, medication, and meal preparation.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with autism and complex needs.
