Physiotherapist for Cardiac Rehabilitation

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic physiotherapist or exercise physiologist to contribute to the delivery of cardiac rehabilitation care in a variety of settings.
Main Responsibilities- Working collaboratively with the advanced practitioner to deliver a high-quality clinical service in the East Integrated Health Community.
- The assessment and management of complex patients, developing and delivering individualized treatment programs, and working effectively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Providing clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the service, including planning and coordinating service delivery and service evaluation.
- Supporting the ongoing education and development of the team to ensure a high-quality, evidence-based service.
- Lead educator for student placements.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
