About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Corporate Paralegal to join our team. As a Corporate Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the legal team and clients across a range of corporate law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Liaise directly with clients, other lawyers, and external advisers to ensure smooth communication and management of corporate legal matters.
  • Legal Drafting & Review: Work and learn directly alongside senior lawyers drafting and reviewing key legal documents such as shareholder agreements, articles of association, and board resolutions.
  • Due Diligence & Disclosures: Play a key role in the due diligence process for M&A projects, including responsibility for managing virtual data rooms, uploading and ordering documentation, liaising with clients and advisers, reviewing and reporting on contracts and other legal documentation.
  • Legal Research: Conduct legal research and provide summaries to senior legal colleagues, helping to shape our legal strategies.

Requirements:

  • Legal Qualifications: A law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Full Clean UK Driver's Licence: A full clean UK driver's licence is required for this role.
