Job Title: Vehicle Loader

Baker Group Recruitment is seeking an experienced Vehicle Loader to join our team in WF14. Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are looking for a skilled individual to fill this role.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit Vehicle Loader to work in a fast-paced production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, adhering to safety policies and procedures, and working effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets
  • Participate in trouble shooting and problem resolutions
  • Perform other duties as required, including clean-up duties
Requirements:
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated proficiency in reading comprehension, writing, and basic math calculations in the English language
  • Previous experience in a production/manufacturing and warehousing environment is preferred
