We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior EHS Consultant to join our team in Whelshpool, WA. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per annum.

Job Responsibilities- Establish and maintain local Wabtec EHS Procedures, Policies, Registers, and Regulatory and Auditing Programs in line with an IMS approach.
- Promote a continuous improvement culture and implement best practice management systems in the workplace.
- Interface regularly with production personnel, support staff, and leadership team members during the resolution of EHS issues and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Perform duties required by the Safety Management System and Regional and Global strategies.
- Participate in developing new initiatives and solutions for continuous improvement based on the business's risks.
- Cert IV or above from an accredited university or college in Health & Safety, Environment, Science.
- Minimum of 5 years EHS experience.
- ISO45001 Experience/Certification/Lead Auditor Accreditation.
- Broad knowledge of EHS Management Systems, WH&S legislation, and Australian standards.
