Project Supervisor Job Description

Our client, a leading Renewable Energy company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the installation and service team, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex projects on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resource and time management, with experience in supervising mechanical and electrical engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring installations meet quality standards, maintaining health and safety protocols, and coordinating procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing industry leader and contribute to the company's mission to become the number one provider of renewable heating in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project resources and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
  • Supervise mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure high-quality installations
  • Maintain health and safety protocols on site
  • Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
  • Work with contractors to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Report on project progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the plumbing and heating, construction, or Building Services/HVAC sector
  • NVQ or similar qualification
  • Excellent time and resource management skills
  • Experience in managing mechanical and electrical engineers
  • SSSTS certification
  • Plantroom MEP fit-out experience desirable
  • Hold a valid CSCS card
  • Able to travel for short and extended trips as needed
Package:
  • Competitive salary range: £45k-£55k per annum (dependent on experience)
