Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable law firm in Liverpool as an employment solicitor. The role will involve handling a range of employment work for a respondent client base, including equal pay issues, unfair dismissal, grievance and disciplinary issues, discrimination and whistleblowing matters. You will have the chance to work on both advisory and contentious matters and collaborate with clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

As an employment solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation to clients on employment-related matters. This will include drafting and reviewing contracts, handling disputes, and providing guidance on employment law. You will also play a key role in business and client development, helping to grow the firm's client base and reputation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced employment lawyer with 4+ years' PQE. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work at all levels within the business. You will also need to be able to forge long-lasting relationships with clients and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
