Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Body Repair Specialist to join our team in Hereford. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual with a passion for delivering high-quality vehicle repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre
  • Use welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools to reshape and fit panels
  • Align body parts for assembly and fit
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs

About the Role

This role involves working on various types of damage, from minor dents to major collision repairs. As an experienced Panel Beater/Panel Technician, you will have a strong understanding of vehicle repair techniques and be able to work accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A recognised apprenticeship as a Panel Beater and a technical qualification (such as NVQ/VCQ/SVQ/ATA)
  • Previous experience working as a Panel Beater/Panel Technician within a busy body shop
  • A self-motivation to earn bonus hours and work to the highest standard
