Development Manager Assistant

We are excited to be working with a leading residential-led developer to find an Assistant Development Manager to support their team in the London and Northern Home Counties region.
The ideal candidate will have strong planning and development experience, with a keen understanding of the wider property and political sphere, placemaking, and numeracy. They will be able to appraise potential development sites, manage pre-apps and planning applications, and undertake due diligence and feasibility studies.
The role will involve working closely with JV partners, land buying colleagues, and other teams to deliver schemes from 100 to 1000 units. The successful candidate will have a Development or Town Planning degree (ideally RTPI or RICS accredited) and experience in a consultancy, developer, or housing association.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to learn from the ground up and put in the hours and hard work to excel in this environment. The company is looking for the right candidate as soon as possible, so if you are interested, please get in touch.
Key Responsibilities:- Appraising potential development sites
