Hospital Care Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospital Care Assistant to join our team at The Ridgeway Hospital in Swindon. This is a full-time role that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, lead a team, and deliver quality care across a range of services.
The successful candidate will have a Care Certificate and previous experience in a Healthcare Assistant role. They will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern and have the autonomy to make necessary decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist theatre staff with patient preparation and post-operative care
- Provide support to patients and their families during their hospital stay
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
