**Job Description**

This is a new part-time position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The jobholder will be responsible for communication, designing marketing campaigns and materials, website updates/content, social media campaigns, advertising, company PR, arranging trade shows, and assisting the Sales Team.

The working hours are flexible, with the possibility of hybrid working and remuneration dependent on experience and agreed working hours.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Enthusiasm and creativity
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in sales and marketing in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
• Good IT skills, knowledge of marketing tools, and Social Media Platforms
• Experience in the IT and Defence Industry would be advantageous

**Estimated Salary:** £30,000 - £45,000 per annum.
