Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Nurse Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care to adults in the community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex adult clients and providing face-to-face support to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to adults in the community
* Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of clients
* Provide face-to-face support to clients and their families to ensure their needs are met
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

* Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license
* Experience in managing complex adult care cases
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
