Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacist-led anticoagulation team in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our specialist direct oral anticoagulation service and warfarin clinics across the region.
Main Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the role include providing follow-up telephone consultations and counselling to patients newly initiated on anticoagulant therapy, working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement anticoagulation services, and contributing to the provision of excellent patient care.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmacy services, with a minimum of NVQ level 3 or an Apprenticeship in Pharmacy Services. They will also be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and have experience of working in a hospital pharmacy setting. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
