Job Title: Senior Rail Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Rail Project Manager to join our team at Carrington West. As a Senior Rail Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a number of site staff on bridges and structures projects between the values of £40k-£5m as part of CP7.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of site staff on bridges and structures projects
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects to a high standard
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and procurement strategies
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Experience working on bridges and structures projects in the rail industry
  • SMSTS, CSCS (White and above), and ideally PTS qualifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
