We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager - Facilities Services to join our team at CV Library. This is a 4-month contract role that offers the chance to work on a high-profile project and gain valuable experience in facility management.

About the Role

As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the contract, including day-to-day issue management, relocation coordination, and office moves. You will also be involved in archiving requests, locker management, and liaising with the security team.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Day-to-Day Issue Management: Manage facility-related issues and respond promptly to any concerns.
  2. Relocation Coordination: Plan and coordinate the relocation process, including liaison with movers and managing packing and unpacking of items.
  3. Office Moves: Assist in planning and executing office moves, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless employee transition to the new workspace.
  4. Archiving Requests and Locker Management: Handle archiving requests and ensure documents are securely stored and easily accessible when needed.
  5. Liaising with Security: Maintain communication with the security team and address security-related concerns.
  6. Daily Interactions: Engage in daily interactions with designated representatives to address any immediate concerns and ensure smooth operations.
  7. Monthly Performance Review Meetings: Present detailed reports on service delivery, supplier performance, and issue resolution.
  8. Supplier Management: Record Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with existing suppliers and redefine expectations regarding performance, response times, and issue resolution.
  9. Site Attendance and Potential Visits: Be physically present at the site during regular business hours and available to visit other locations if required.
  10. Virtual Support: Provide remote support to other locations as needed.
