About the Role:We are a market-leading education agency, currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in New Milton. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs and must have a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities:- Support students with special educational needs in their learning and development.
- Work closely with the teaching staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Assist with transportation or accompany students when needed.
- Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and manage behavior.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Experience working with SEN students (preferred).
- A full, clean driving license is essential.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively.
- DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
