Marketing and PR Manager - FTC

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing and PR Manager to join a leading design and build company that specialises in playgrounds for children. This is a fixed-term role to cover maternity leave, where you'll be shaping the company's brand presence both in the UK and internationally.

In this role, you'll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring consistent public relations and brand engagement. You'll manage campaigns across social media, email marketing, and more, while overseeing the marketing budget and coordinating trade shows. Working closely with various internal teams, you'll be at the centre of building and communicating the company's story across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage social media campaigns and email marketing initiatives
  • Oversee the marketing budget and coordinate trade shows
  • Work closely with internal teams to build and communicate the company's story

Requirements:

  • Proven marketing management experience, including project management skills
  • Strong communication and writing abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Solid understanding of social media marketing and CRM tools (Hubspot or similar)
  • Experience with analytics tools, budget management, and stakeholder engagement

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
  • Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract
  • Office-based in Bristol with free on-site parking
  • 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays
