Key Responsibilities

As Director, Sales Risk Management Leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the bank's senior management team and managing sales risk across the organisation. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures for sales, managing sales risk, and monitoring the financial performance of the sales department.

Key Deliverables
  • Develop and implement up-to-date methodologies and processes for sales risk management
  • Manage sales risk, including identification of potential risks and development of strategies to mitigate those risks
  • Monitor the financial performance of the sales department, including revenue, profitability, and cost control
Requirements

You will be expected to demonstrate strong commercial capacity planning and deal team management skills, as well as the ability to present detailed, aggregated client and market feedback to the wider business and senior stakeholders.

You will also be expected to work closely with the Propositions, Proposals & Content Management team within Global Specialist Sales to design and create tailored proposals across our Payments, Liquidity, FX, Issuing, Acquiring and Gateway solution set.
