Unlock Your Potential as an Event AV Specialist

Concept Human Solutions is seeking an experienced Event AV Specialist to join our London team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical onsite support in event spaces, conference rooms, and meeting rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and operation of integrated events spaces, including high-profile auditorium-based presentations and town halls.
  • Proficient in audio, video, and lighting equipment, both digital and analogue.
  • Video conference and audio conference setup and support with software and hardware platforms, including Zoom, Cisco, and Polycom systems.
  • Manage all aspects of video calls, from initial booking to monitoring and completion, including scheduling and system testing.
  • Prepare equipment for future events and meetings as required.
