About the Role

Technique Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineer to join our client's innovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in control systems engineering, with expertise in Rockwell RSLogix5000, PLC, and motion control.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing control systems for new machine designs, as well as supporting the installation of these systems on-site. This will involve working closely with the order engineering team to ensure that all designs meet the required standards.

The role will also involve collaborating with other teams to develop and implement software and electrical designs, and working to tight deadlines to meet the needs of the business.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement control systems for new machine designs
  • Support the installation of control systems on-site
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement software and electrical designs
  • Work to tight deadlines to meet the needs of the business


Requirements
  • Apprenticeship or experience in control systems engineering
  • Strong background in Rockwell RSLogix5000, PLC, and motion control
  • Experience with FactoryTalk View
  • Ability to design and implement software and electrical designs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
