Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate CQC Registered Manager to join our expanding office team in Crawley, West Sussex. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Managing Director to support her vision for the future of the company and the individuals we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a dispersed workforce, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care and support.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with our Operations Manager and Quality & Compliance Manager to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards.
- Recruit, select, and supervise a team of care professionals, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality care.
- Ensure that our services are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards, including the Care Standards Regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a domiciliary or care home setting, preferably with complex needs such as learning disabilities, neurological disorders, or acquired brain injuries.
- Demonstrable and current knowledge of the social care sector, including the social care regulatory framework and Care Standards Regulations.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of care professionals, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality care.
- Compassionate and person-centred approach to care, with a genuine commitment to promoting the rights, dignity, and well-being of individuals.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Reside within 15 miles of Crawley, West Sussex, hold a full and valid UK or EU/EAA driving licence, and have access to your own vehicle.
