We're seeking an experienced professional to oversee catering operations for Chartwells on a part-time basis, ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and provide exceptional food experiences.

About the Role
  • Prepare high-quality food to meet customer expectations
  • Lead culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service
  • Maintain open communication with line managers to monitor performance metrics
  • Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image
  • Liaise between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations
  • Support and train teams, fostering a culture of excellence in their roles
  • Evaluate and enforce Health & Safety standards for catering and service teams
Ideal Candidate
  • Passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing teams in a similar role
  • Basic Food Hygiene certification
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and motivated individual looking to upskill
