Job Title: Dry Finishing Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Dry Finishing Supervisor to join our team at Fawkes and Reece. As a key member of our commercial fit out project, you will be responsible for managing the finishing stages of the project and reporting to the Project Manager daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the finishing stages of the project, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement project plans.
  • Lead a team of site staff to deliver the finishing works on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring the project is delivered within budget.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial fit out projects, with a focus on finishing works.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Procore and other project management software.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certifications.
