Night Shift Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Night Shift Engineer to join our team at MM Flowers, a leading supplier of fresh cut flowers and bouquets to the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and investigate opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment performance, using KPIs and Visual Management techniques.
- Undertake a programme of Planned Preventative Maintenance and condition monitoring for key equipment & machinery across the manufacturing areas, to ensure that machinery & equipment is maintained correctly and operates safely and as efficiently as possible.
- Actively support and encourage a programme of TPM and assist with the training of colleagues in the relevant activities, in accordance with H&S and engineering legislative codes of practice policies and procedures.
- Support with general office maintenance requests.
- Holiday allowances calculated on the days worked.
