Vehicle Diagnostic Analyst
Snows Group is seeking a skilled Vehicle Diagnostic Analyst to join our team at Snows MINI, Portsmouth. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic investigations into vehicle electrical system faults, providing reports on faults found, and carrying out welding repairs to vehicles.

About the Role
As a Vehicle Diagnostic Analyst, you will work closely with customers, updating them on the status of their vehicle checks, and ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard. You will also be required to maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhere to brand and dealership processes, and develop your skills through ongoing training and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine servicing of vehicles in accordance with brand technical standards.
  • Undertake air-conditioning system servicing and repairs.
  • Work in accordance with brand and dealership processes.
  • Ensure that the working environment is kept clean and devoid of any working practice which may be hazardous.
  • Diagnose and undertake general repairs to vehicles including MOT repairs.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have relevant City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ accreditation, previous work experience in a franchise dealership, and highly skilled fault diagnosis abilities. The successful candidate will also need to be able to work as part of a team, plan and organize themselves, and meet agreed work deadlines.
