Are you a skilled brewery professional looking for a challenging role that will allow you to utilise your knowledge and experience to drive production excellence? We are seeking a Master Brewer to join our team in Scotland, responsible for overseeing the entire brewing operation and ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation in our products.

About the Role

This is a 5-day per week on-site position following a traditional 9-to-5 working pattern. You will be responsible for managing a large diverse team and working closely with other departments to scale production, introduce new products, and uphold the brand's global reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end production processes from raw materials sourcing to final product packaging, ensuring optimal efficiency and product quality.
  • Maintain stringent quality control measures, ensuring all brews meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with senior management to align production goals with overall business strategy, scaling operations as needed to meet growing demand.
