About the Job

As a Store Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, managing and coaching your team to achieve sales targets and providing excellent customer service. You'll work closely with the Store and Assistant Managers to implement effective strategies to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of retail experience, a passion for developing their own skills to enhance others, and be passionate about the products we sell. If you're looking for a rewarding career opportunity with a great company, this could be the perfect fit.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach your team to achieve sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with Store and Assistant Managers to implement effective strategies
