About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in the Oxfordshire area. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for finding, diagnosing, and rectifying faults, as well as undertaking preventative maintenance on Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment at our customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Find, diagnose, and rectify faults on Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Undertake preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Work with a range of equipment, including small pallet trucks, IC trucks, VNA trucks, and automated trucks
  • Collaborate with customers and internal colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, hydraulics, or a related field
  • NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification (ideally)
  • IT literacy and ability to use latest technology to keep accurate records and place orders
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of the role
