As a trusted national capability, the UK Telecommunications Laboratory (UKTL) interacts at the intersection of standards bodies, academia, Ofcom, Communications Service Providers and telecommunication equipment vendors.

We are seeking a skilled software development engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing CLI and web applications using modern interpreted and compiled programming languages, providing technical expertise on software development across teams, and assisting UKTL teams in establishing the best architecture for products and services.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with software development lifecycle.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
