CNC Lathe Programmer and Operator

IGR Tech Recruitment is seeking a Highly Skilled CNC Lathe Programmer and Operator to join our team in a state-of-the-art machine shop. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes with Fanuc controls.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Fanuc controls and be familiar with CAD/CAM systems. They will also possess knowledge of quality control processes and measuring equipment. Additionally, they will have strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year. You will also have the opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped machine shop and receive ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
- Download programs from our CAD/CAM system to ensure precision and efficiency
- Work from engineering drawings to manufacture components according to specifications
- Utilize all relevant measuring equipment in both metric and imperial units to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a CNC lathe programmer and operator
