The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating service for one or more sections in the kitchen, working well with the brigade to produce dishes in compliance with our specifications.

You will also be required to lead by example, nurture, lead and develop junior team members. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
