About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Dunham Massey. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.50, as well as a range of benefits including a pension scheme, free entry to National Trust places, and a rental deposit loan scheme.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Flexibility to work weekends and Bank Holidays
