We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Team Lead to join our team at OCS Group. As a key member of our Operational team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Security Officers to ensure the highest level of security and safety of our customer buildings and personnel is met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of Security Officers to ensure exceptional first-line manned guarding services are provided to our customers.
  • Ensure all duties are carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner, adhering to all relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional levels of service to all staff and visitors to our sites.
  • Operate and control CCTV systems, ensuring regular patrols of the site and maintaining high standards.
  • Manage team rotas and Timegate systems, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all identified legislation, including H&S, SIA Licensing, and Risk Assessments.
  • Develop and implement effective security strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

Requirements:

  • SIA License (Door Supervision) - essential.
  • Proven experience in a manned guarding environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • A professional demeanor and ability to work on own initiative.
