We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Anaesthetist to join our team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a special interest in Paediatric Anaesthesia and will be responsible for delivering high-quality anaesthetic services to children and young people.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic anaesthetist to join our dynamic team. As a Consultant Anaesthetist, you will be responsible for providing anaesthetic services to children and young people, including elective and emergency procedures. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality anaesthetic services to children and young people, including elective and emergency procedures.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and research initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies.
- Provide teaching and training to junior doctors and other healthcare professionals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Full GMC registration.FRCA or equivalent qualification.CCT in Anaesthesia and on GMC's Specialist Register; or within 6 months of CCT from the date of the interview or have confirmed eligibility for Specialist Registration.Wide range of anaesthetic experience in all surgical specialties excluding cardiac surgery and neurosurgery.Advance training/SIA of 6 or 12 months in paediatric anaesthesia.ALS provider.APLS provider.What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
