Job Description:

As a Property and Financial Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for supporting clients in the Salford area with their property and financial affairs.

You will provide practical and financial support, manage clients' budgets, and ensure they receive the necessary assistance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of financial management principles.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Providing regular support to clients and their families via phone and home visits.
  • Financial Management: Managing clients' property and financial affairs, supporting with various arrangements, and helping them stay within their budget.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Ensuring timely management of bills and invoice payment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Being able to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Financial Management: Understanding of financial management principles and practices.
