About the Opportunity

As a Campaigns Manager at Irwin Mitchell, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Business Development and deliver increased market share, build brand awareness, and achieve pipeline generation targets.

This exciting role involves leading on the creation of integrated business unit aligned marketing campaign strategies and delivery plans that use channels effectively and achieve campaign objectives and key performance indicators.

The successful candidate will need to manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns on time and within budget, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all marketing materials & campaigns are aligned and adhere to brand guidelines and all written content we produce is in line with our tone of voice.
  • To manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget.
  • To lead on the creation of integrated business unit aligned marketing campaign strategies and delivery plans that use channels effectively and that will achieve campaign objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners.
  • To carry out post-campaign analysis to report KPIs and distribute learning for future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Degree/CIM qualified.
  • Extensive experience in go-to-market strategies, including personalised marketing campaigns and targeted account engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in executing marketing strategies with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms, such as Dynamics, Sitecore, Dot Digital, Splash, Lead Forensics.
  • Strong experience managing marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with brand and GTM strategies and overall business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimisation.
  • Compelling communicator, able to effectively convey strategies and insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills to coordinate and facilitate activity across the department.
  • Experience of working with third-party suppliers and managing contracts.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
