Aquatic Educator

Nuffield Health is a leading healthcare charity that prioritizes helping people achieve fitness and well-being. We're currently seeking an Aquatic Educator to join our team at Nuffield Health Croydon Central FWC.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £20.26 per hour, depending on experience. As a Swimming Coach Professional, you will work on a bank contract basis, with the opportunity to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

This role involves providing safe, effective swimming lessons for customers of all ages and abilities. You will need to have an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, along with a good track record of coaching swimmers of varying skill levels.

Main Responsibilities:

• Engage, coach, and inspire members to achieve their swimming goals
• Maximize opportunities to help individuals learn and develop
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
• Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities
