Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  • Conduct cost analysis and financial reporting throughout project lifecycles.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Monitor and manage project cash flows and budgets.
  • Identify and assess commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quantity surveying, strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulations, and proficiency in cost management software.

Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package including pension scheme, healthcare benefits, and opportunities for professional development.
